I've been kind of terrible at this

I apologize, I haven't been updating as often as I said I would. But I have been meeting my goals so far-after the adjustment, lol. I went to the gym for the first time in a long time last night and my body is tired, but I feel accomplished. As of Saturday I'm back down to 324, so yay! I'm adding some actual gym days as opposed to the workouts in my house so I can boost my weight loss. I'm meeting my 100lb goal, that's happening!
